Hello,
I never buy old account, is it worth to try it?
You need to change all details, name, email, phone number, add new bank account.
I believe it's hard to do it without suspension, anyone try it recently?

an old established seller account will not be able to change ownership , it is only possible if account is a buyer account or seller account which only sold a little in the past but even here there is still risk of suspension

That's incorrect. I did this a few months ago no issue. Quote:

You said "an old established seller account will not be able to change ownership" which is wrong. I did it two months ago and I have had no issues. Quote:

The process you must follow if the account is not American and has Payoneer linked.
1. change passwords and email
2. change phone number
-----
That shouldn't be a problem for eBay.
The seller must give you account cookies, you have to have a good IP

What you put is incorrect you just won't admit it.
Again you said "an old established seller account will not be able to change ownership , it is only possible if account is a buyer account or seller account which only sold a little in the past" you are wrong. Quote:

you can change personal details on ebay but ebay do not allow to change ownership of personal seller account. so if you legally change your name and provide proof it is fine you can consider it done , of course if some idiot does not decide that changing names is not acceptable and will ask you to open a new account after suspending the existing one
but to a different person? you won't pass verification

Ok hun, you could of just said what you said was wrong or not what you meant, but you clearly can't bring yourself to do that. The fact is what you said is incorrect. x Quote:

Below is what you put. Are you still saying this is correct? Because it isn't. This is all I am saying. There is no mention from you about personal or business account type. Quote:
