I do not think stealth is dead yet, just requires more work and determination. AI is a double edged sword - while it makes it harder in some ways, it also provides gaps we can exploit...

I have managed to create 5 stealth accounts + payment gateway. They have been open for 3 months and have received money. Stealth is not dead.

In my country its dead as you will need a Payoneer account verified by live video.
