tried to open 2nd account

with same details as one of my stealth accounts and you can open 2 or 3 under same name, however the new account was limited as soon as i listed 1 item and they request further id

i have got my id and bills ready to be faxed

however my original account was fine, how long before ebay hit my original stealth account/? i still have items for sale as normal on it should i just go for broke and list loads or should i try and get the new account vierified and hope the original account doesnt get hit

@Official. Not 100% accurate.
There are several choices: have many accounts in different names for the specific reason you quoted.
BUT it is also reasonable to make use of ebay's allowance of having two accounts in the same name. They can be a valuable tool for a seller. This is addressed extensively on the forum. My absolute favorite thread

yes this thread is for a 2nd account not a stealth account

im just wondering how some my good account can survive while the other is suspended as it takes ebay a few weeks to check documents

You can open multiple accounts with same info as long it hasn't been suspended before. More then likely it was something in the item listed that triggered the killbot. Try listing the item with as little info as possible and different pic stripped of EXIF info. If you want to test. Pick an item that is unlikely to get VEROed, then revise it once it shows up in the Ebay search.

question to folk here should i try and hope that ebay are merciful on new account and wait the few weeks till they get back to me

or should i just use my good account and sell all my hot vero stuff as it will get hit soon anyway

ive had alot of hassle with sending ebay docs to ireland before they always claim things missing and not clear on fax, dont no why they dont have a uk centre anyway
