If you read the first post of this thread, it clearly says you can use a US or Canadian account.
For ebay.ca registered accounts to sell ebay*com, does one need a verified paypal account linked to the ebay.ca account? i think that is a requirement to sell internationally, not sure if it applies here though..
If even you don't link your Paypal account with your eBay account, eBay will know what Paypal account you are using, anyway, so I don't see a difference.

I dont think its the same.... if you link, you are giving ebay the right to your paypal information. otherwise, i dont think paypal can disclose such to ebay even though they are owned by ebay. its part of their privacy user agreement. never link ebay to paypal. that has been discussed in many other threads.

it links automatically. Even if you just use your paypal account to accept funds, once your paypal is limited, your ebay is useless.
