i tried this too... i have an OLD OLD account i haven't used in 2 years with 0 feedback. Verified paypal account...the works.

I go into it on a new user account on my computer. before i do this i use the ccleaner, make sure everything is squeaky clean.

I go on it. I verify my phone number using a prepaid cell. i try to list a paper plane...
BAM....same thing.. SUSPENDED.

You need to confirm whats happening with you IP I Think. How long have you been using that air card?

Maybe it's your air cards, since as mentioned above some only have a pool of 10 ip's.

I wouldn't worry so much if i had another job but ebay pays well and I get to keep my daughter due to it...

I'd probably login at least 10 or more times to see if any ip repeats itself then if so look into getting a blackberry or iphone instead.

No don't use a VPN, they are best to avoid.

Is it possible for you to give dial up a try and see if that fixes your problem?

i just logged over 20 IP's from my air card. None are the same.

Yes what lakeman says. Pain in the but use dial up and see how far you can get. Remember you still need to go a bit slow.

Damn, this treads moving fast. Try a dial up anyway, just to see if it helps

as far as the pictures go i took all new ones.

I use my phone to takes pics to but I strip out the meta data so they can't link the accounts by my pics.

If we can get this account issue fix where i'm up and selling. I can lend some very POWERFUL and legal information that ebay and paypal never wants to imagine...let alone the wrong people. Saying that. I will not post this information. only the admins or person or persons that can troubleshoot this will get it.

You are using your android for tethering and pictures?

Try an exif stripper and a dial up to set up.

I will need to get a phone line for the dial up. other than that i have not used my droid for tethering... just pictures.

From now, re-arrange how you do ebay.

Check your IP before you sign in to anything on ebay.

Ensure that any & all photos are stripped to appear brand new.

Set the account(s) with a seperate user file. Be aware of cookies,LSO and be miindful of deleting them

Pain the tuss that it is, make a log of everything. Is there any doubling up on the paypal side? (Routing number etc)....
More than likely we can work out the problem

fun fact i didn't do on a few is even get to add my bank account. 3rd one i tried... even listing a paper plane with no image was shut down....

I was shut down on a few without bank accounts, but it was mc010, once I started selling with verified paypals it worked.

I'm still convinced its IP related. Just a hunch, but that's what my gut is telling me.

It seems they are getting you right out of the gate...

Verizon air cards are supposed to be fine. But how long have you been using it? Shame you dont have a landline to test a dial up on. Have a friends phone you can maybe tether off just to see if you get a bit further?

i have been on my air card for about a year and a half.

i have connected and disconnected 30 times...none are the same IPs

But you said you sold before adding a bank account, that could be your problem, it was for me at one time.

on the new account that was just shut down i added the bank account but yet it wasn't verified. That may be an issue...
I suppose i can wait three business days to find out if after verified i can sell. also, why are VPN's not recommended. I have never used one before but wonder why since its in the book.

On a new account it's not a good idea to sell even after 3 days, usually you get plenty of activity on it first at least 1 or 2 weeks worth of regular searching or something and then list 1 item with a verified paypal. At least thats what I do.
