need help MC010/Calling Ebay [Urgent]

hi,
I have a US ebay seller stealth account with 1 month old vertify, as soon as I start selling on a account, I get the MC010 notice, and I'm required to call ebay for ID verification.

The fact is that i am not in the US, so they will probably figure out im calling from international, n my english isnt that good.

So, can anyone help me with this please? Can anyone accept to make these calls for me?
I can submitt all the account informations, and will pay for phone spoofing services and any further (reasonable) fees you should ask for.

MC010 is when they ask you questions about the name you have on file usually.

Where have you lived before, age, zip code that type of stuff..
