Default 5 years after Suspended

Hi,

6 years ago i had an ebay account which was 100% feedback. they suspended it because of late fee $345.00.

What I wanted to know was, if I paid them that amount now will they reinstate me?

there is nothing else wrong with this account besides the above.

Im scared that after I pay them they still give me trouble.

I relize now how important ebay is for income lol

They will reinstate if that is your only issue. Search the forum, many people experience this.

You are better of paying it whether they will reinstate you or not. They will send it to collections and will affect your credit. Even if they dont reinstate you, you can always go stealth.

Some have said they paid and were good to go and worked out well. Other have reported once they paid it went down after a period of time.

You have to determine if the 345.00 is worth it.

If you have decent products to sell to me it would be worth it, but that is something you have to take the chance on.

Usually, it is just a trap to get their fees then they permanently suspend your account. You can click to make a one time payment with bank, using your ABA number and made up account number. It automatically applies to your account and if you log out and then log back in in a few minutes you should be able to list items for sale. If the account stay alive for a few days, switch your on file payment method to your gift card to cover the fees, when the bank payment get denied later that week. Probably just easier to make a new account, though.

That is not true at all. They might do that if you had tons of SNAD cases or something along with it but if its just the overdue fees then just pay it and you are golden.

I have done this many many times over the last 11 yrs and its gone smooth every time. Another well tested thing from myself as well as many on this forum.

Go for it.

If you are exaggerating how clean the account is at all then the advice changes. ONLY if its fees that did it will this be fine.

If the fees are the only problem, then the account will be reinstated. If it is not automatically reinstated, then there are other issues as well. Since it was reinstated, you have nothing to worry about. You should last if that was the only problem. If it is a legit account, be careful with it in the future so you don't end up with a stealth (which you should have as a back up anyway)!
