Starting again questions including tax

Hi, my account was suspended on eBay for almost a year now. I contacted eBay but they said I could not able to sell again. I was searching on the net if there is still a chance to do business on eBay again and I ended up here.

I've read that it is possible to make a couple or many accounts on eBay or PayPal but my question is when I file a tax, will I be in trouble with the IRS?

Taxes are not covered at all in the book, and the moderators quickly shut down any discussion about it on the boards.

Short answer: you won't get in trouble with taxes if you do it right.
Short answer #2: If you do it wrong, you will.

There are methods explained on the forum on how to return to ebay/paypal.
Since you earn money you see a tax professional who guides you.
