hi iam new to the forum is vcc sold here used to varify palpal acct or ebay?

You can't verify a US pp with a vcc. You need a bank account to do that.

A pp vcc confirms your address and lifts your withdraw limits.

An eBay vcc turns your eBay account into a seller account.

yesturday i created a pay pal using a green dot card is that ok sorry iam new do have to verify an ebay acct as well.iam tring to craete 2 ebay accts for 1 paypal

i just openend a paypal acct yesterday and added my steath greendot card and steath bank acct info i guess it takes a few days to get verified will i be ok with paypal verfication with $10.00 on greendot card?

All you needs is $3.00 for paypal verification but I always play safe with $5.00 so you should be all good.

Actually I believe they top it off at 1.95 now...it's just a solid number.
