So now I have spoken to two people on T&S via live chat regarding my full restriction.
They both said that my restriction is due to my low DSRs, which exceeded the limits.
OK, I only exceeded the limit for dispatch on the global site. The limit is 4 and I got 5. All other DSRs on global as well as all other sites are at acceptable levels, from 0-2 (mostly 0).
Most of these low DSRs came in March, and I had a valid reason for them, but all they would say is "we review the DSRs on 20th each month."
I do not need their review of DSRs. I need a review of my restriction, idiots!
Anyway, here's the thing.
This is a UK account and my UK DSRs are very fine.
Now just this global site got screwed.
From the eBay website concerning global DSRs:
"What happens if you don't meet the standards?
If you don't meet the minimum global performance standards, your search placement will be lowered and there may be limits to your
international selling activity until your ratings improve. You may also be restricted from selling items on eBay
outside of your domestic market if your performance falls significantly below the minimum requirements."
Note the words that I bolded for emphasis.
The selling limits and restrictions apply to the international market and outside my domestic market, according to their policy.
But I am getting a full restriction on my account.
I cannot sell even IN my domestic market.
Also, just getting 1 DSR over the limit of only one category on one site should not warrant a full restriction, I should think.
Anyone got just one DSR more outside their domestic market and got full restricted before?
Seriously, if they were the judge, 90% of criminals would get hanged!
