Default 30 day suspension (MC034) ..

Hey guys. I would REALLY appreciate some help. Any advice, opinions, suggestions, thoughts, etc. on my situation are much appreciated.

So I've gotten suspended on 2 of my 4 accounts, for selling digital photos for feedback. (MC034) It was dumb and I definitely won't be doing it again. My suspension was 30 days and I got about 15 more days to go.

When I get my accounts back - will I have to be really careful with what I do? I'm afraid that I'll be closely watched or something and I will be booted after 1 small mistake. I'll be selling some pretty expensive items and I'm not sure if that will raise any flags or something.. All my accounts are 100% positive feedback. Never been suspended before until now. (Maybe a 3 day one but that's it) I'm wondering if there's any do's and don'ts you would suggest for me, when I get my accounts back.

By the way, all 4 of my accounts are linked and I don't want to get an indefinite suspension on one, which will ultimately affect/suspend all my accounts. eBay Stealth is something I don't want to try yet. Please don't ask/mention it. I've bought it just in case but it just seems stressful and time consuming for me right now.

any account that i have received the 30 day suspension has been the last strike , anything after that the account has been history. i usually let them cool until the violations clear or atleast sell very low risk items until they clear . thats why multiple unlinked accounts work great

@mcmxcivjm, was this a legit account or stealth? Also you might want to have a few more (stealth) accounts so you don't feel like your caught between a rock and a hard place.

Good Luck.

Good Luck.
They were legit accounts. The 2 accounts had 49 feedback and 4 feedback each. However, I've got another account with 150 feedback (that didn't get suspended since I wasn't selling photos on it) but I am positive it is linked to them. I think once I got all my accounts back, I'm going to try & let those 2 recently suspended accounts cool down & let the violations clear - and just sell on my other account which has unlimited limits and no recent violations.

Lol, never!!!! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but they keep a long report on everyone and everything. My account that was 100% positive was suspended over stupid little mistakes. This whole new reviewing system is complete bs. You may have better luck, just do your best. Or better yet, get a stealth now just for backup. 👍

@chamelleon, for your post - best to open new thread then post on an old 2012 thread (just saying).

That being said, you should always build multiple backup accounts and not rely on any one account ...especially with strikes on it

4 years ago I was selling vero items on eBay when I first started out. I received an email to say my item had been taken down. I ignored the email re listed the item up another email told me my item had been taken down. My third strike was a restriction and then immediently followed by a suspension.

However I've been doing a lot of browsing on this forum and have come accross people who are getting their accounts restored after restrictions so I don't know if times are changing now or if different rules apply to different restrictions.

Personally when I get an account restricted depending on the restriction like if its
"below standard" I will then forget about it and move on to another one.

But if your lucky to still use your account after the restriction then I would not sell expensive items for a while.

ALWAYS important to have back up accounts!!!!!
