Angry Ebay VeRO Suspension

Have been suspended off Ebay since Monday due to a VeRO Member reporting me for selling a ⊗⊗⊗⊗! item.Sent the VeRO member all the photos of the listing and they agreed they had made a mistake. The VeRo member sent ebay an email to this effect. It now appears that the VeRo member sent his email to the wrong email address at ebay and as such i am still suspended for basically doing nothing wrong!!!!!!!!!Can anyone suggest a course of action before my business goes bump!!!!!!!!!

Default Authenticity Of Vero

I am an Agent and sell Authentic Burberry items. Ebay has stated that VERO has stated I am seeling ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Last time I was suspended VERO admitted they were wrong and reinstated my Ebay account and also my listings.
6 weeks later I am suspended again for selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗. My issue is that there are lots of ⊗⊗⊗⊗ on Ebay which seem to always escape.I honestly feel that the Burberry VERO on Ebay is an Ebay seller who sees me as a threat.

Any suggestions how I can overcome this would be appreciated.

Hmm... that's hard. You're really going to keep being suspended over and over again depending on how the VeRO feels about you. You can't beat VeRO no matter what; I've tried for months with little effect. I think it's best to show eBay and the VeRO that you are legit, maybe add a side note to your auctions stating something about this. That could help...

ebay's vero quiz has said that people should put photosin the top of their auction to say they're legit.

I have asked the woman from so called Burberry to tell me why the items are deemed ⊗⊗⊗⊗. She has repsonded that she has again made a mistake.I have asked her if I can put something in my listing so that she is aware that the items are authentic. I am waiting to hear back. Bloody annoying. As per normal Ebay are a bunch of idiots. I have told them that I am a Burberry Agent and have been for the past 5 years. Do they care about that No not at all. Does anyone know how someone becomes a VERO?

If you have three or more listings at the same time and you get a Vero report, Ebay will suspend you

Default Become a VERO

To become a vero, you have to be "the" person to give the final say so. You contact ebay, and they send you some forms and you sign them, swearing you're being honest, "under the penalty of perjury." I've seen MANY people join to "get" their competition. I am a graphic designer and had to join several years back (before my first suspension), due to other sellers stealing my designs. Essentially though, it's a very simple process that really anyone could do, which leaves a lot to be said about the "authenticity" of ebay's authenticity program!

Then again... I guess I should consider the source!!

Wanna laugh, I had an auction end on 11/4 and sold a Vero item. Got paid, shipped, and received good feedback. Yesterday, received an alert stating that the item I am selling is an unauthorized item and will be removed and fees will be returned. The funny part is I am currently selling the same item with a different color and same ad but different pictures. Ad is still running. Cant figure that out

Depends on whether there are someone to report you!
There are many people on ebay trying to be a FREE ebay police!
All sellers who are selling brand names are under the risk of getting reported.
Once there is a person reports you, your listing will be removed.
That's why sometimes, you only see one listing be removed, while there are
3 other same listing survive.

You cannot avoid to be reported. All these FREE policemen/women got too much
time in their hands! They do NOT care whether your goods are real or not.
They just want to make trouble for you. So, your stuffs won't sell and you
will be suspended.

The Vero was my 2nd one but it turns out that the item was as i thought genuine and the VeRO complainer has now agreed that this was the case, unfortunately this has cost me £100's in lost sales and confidence and surprise surprise no apology from anyone.

It generally takes 2 VERO messages from the same trademark holder. After getting one from a company, stop listing those items, otherwise the next one is a suspension.

imjustme if you got more than 3 but from different trademark, is there any risk to get suspended?

U know- I know the general consensus here is no benefit for PS starus-but those of us who were know what I'm talking about-they have a grid or chart where ps are allowed like 3 takedowns in 60 dys as bronze or silver-5-6 gold + 8-9 platinum...anyone else recall this?I can remember trying to get the fb from 80 to the 100 on one acct that took 2 hits-so it would be ok....LOL!
