I didn't know..I have a new phone # from google voice, new windows login on a different windows account, new bank acct. Only thing I have to do is the VPN or vps..Unfortunately I do buy things on ebay, on an old account thats limited to buying only. Which means if I have the provider change the ip, it will show up when I goto buy something on the other windows account..or I guess I could use the new account to buy also..hmm..

Have you gone through the stealth guide?
Have you figured out how to change IP's?

Yes changing Ip's I can call my provider, the problem is, I am outside of houston tx in the country, we have one provider...Just didn't know if paying for a vps monthly would be a good thing..Thats all I have left is to do the ip..

It will not change because it is static. ( Means stays the same).

You need other options to use ebay/paypal.

Let me check something for you regarding this.

You have 2 options:

- Switch to another ISP who will give you a different IP on each connect.
or
- Use a dialup service. Yes, it's much slower, but it will give you a different IP each time.

I've dealt with them many times and I find it hard to believe they told you to pawn your television. It's also my understanding they will take any money you pay them towards a debt... any company would. This is not a loan shark, they write off losses but they will still collect anything in between.

Are you sure you're not already dealing with a collection agency??!

This just seems like drama after drama... I dunno, something seems weird.

And no offense, but if you need for your neighbor to spot you $37 for the guide, this might not be the right field of work for you.

it takes money to make money, it is possible to start with little money so don't be discouraged, but it will be a long and very difficult process

Where are you? United States? Or Bangladesh or Nepal or something? If you're in the US, you can use a dialup service anywhere in the country. All you need is a phone line.

No!!!!!! You can avoid the VPS. You are running the risk of getting banned all over again.

You have to pay for VPS and the good ones are expensive.

You have come this far. Please work with us as we suggest how to try to get going again.

Net zero?

Be careful with them with the ovecharges, down time etc.

Do not pay them with your reg bank account or CC, and when and if you cancel you wont be charged for several months after you cancel.

I use the free dial-up all the time too - only 10 hours worth but hey, takes 30 secs-1 min to set up - easy as pie.
