linking paypal account to new eBay account after suspension

Helloooo !

I really Like this forum
MY question is this :

I have been suspended from ebay 6 months ago .
I have closed my PayPal account to make New PP account .
I am going to open new eBay account to my mothers name .
But I will use my PayPal [ new account with new card number and new address ] account to receive payments .
This will link my new eBay account to the suspended one ?
please help !!
