Account Suspended! What do I do to get back and sell????? PLEASE HELP

hi i hope u read this

i been on ebay for years and established a good seller id and then for some dumb reason ebay suspended my account which i gained a perfect rating. but now its suspended and i cant sell on it. it was a good source of income for me. icalled and they wont allow to reinstate my sellers account. i can buy but not sell. so basically all i can do is start up a new account.

if i choose to, do u know if they'll know its the same person, meaning me. like if i change the user name of course, but keep the same personal info such as name and address and stuff and also link the new account to the same paypal account i sued with the old ebay name, will they know?

how should i go about making a new account on ebay basically?

should i use a different paypal account, different personal info, and etc...
