Wow Ruby. First off, as Modee says, it's best to use another library or location to create you new account. The IP addresses of most small networks like the one at a library are usually the same for all or most computers. So using one computer is like using them all.
You should be okay with listing for a NJ account.
And you only need to delete cookies before you create a new account. Read the guide again a couple times if you're unsure of your self when creating the new account. Quote:

Is that too far away? I was thinking at home I will just use dial up. Do I always delete cookies with dial up? I am sorry if these questions are stupid. I am a middle aged woman and do not know much about computers. I was a victim of my son going into an ebay account that I didn't use. He changed my passwords, and listed several items on there that he didn't send. I never knew anything about this because I never used the original email address that the account was associateded with. Well I did find out when ebay suspended me because I was lined to that account. I emailed them many times and I keep getting the same from letter that I linked to the sellers account for nonperformance. If my account was stolen by a stranger I would had a chance but since it was family member they will not help me. What bothers me is that my primary ebay account had over 3400 feedbacks, with three negatives. Why can't they see there is no comparsion between the two accounts? Thaks for any help with this. | |
