Suspended- recent activity has raised serious security concerns

My main stealth account 3 months old has been suspended indefinitely because of: "After reviewing your eBay account, recent activity has raised serious security concerns."

Has it ever happened for you?
I was selling slowly building reputation, have some positive feedback and BOOM.
Can it be because of a link to my old suspended account?
I used this account in Firefox and my old account with Chrome in the same user account.
What is security concerns means?
