account suspended, can't find out why

I login today, and I get a popup message on the app saying "the account for user ID "*" is suspended. you can only request information for current users." how can I figure out why it got suspended?

the email address linked to it is on my desktop computer and I'm in the middle of moving so I don't have access to it. can't remeber the login because I never had to use it :/

also this account was at least 5 months old, and I was selling the same thing I sold about a month ago with no prior suspensions or warnings so I can't figure out why

If you cannot log into your emails, then you can go into your ebay account and read the messages, it will be there to.

it won't even let me login to my ebay anymore. when I tried to go into my messages on my app it gave me that error I posted above. when I logged out and tried to log back in it won't even let me

dont log in through the app, try a normal browser on your phone you are using.

China will have different rules for selling which is probably why they get away with it.

Yes but some items you need permission to sell.
If not, you have clearly upset someone and they have reported you.
Competitors do this all the time.

I've sold this same item multiple times over the past few months tho without problems from ebay, at least 20 of them :/

Spread sales over multiple accounts then issues with competitors (which is only one of the potential reasons) wont become such a big problem.

Do ensure you change up your descriptions/photos if you are planning on selling exactly the same with on another account though, or no doubt you will be linked and the same outcome.

good advice, but I actually do that. this particular item I haven't sold in over a month on this account, I list it and within 24 hours I'm suspended

Ignore what others sell.

Concentrate on keeping your own accounts safe.
