What's Going On? Suspended again for abusing ebay? MC 017

Guys, I've followed all the rules from the stealthbook... cleared cookies, cleared private, changed IP always, turned off flash cookies.

Everytime I register a new account.. it's like 4-5 now.. they get suspended the day after.

MC017 FPA NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - User Agreement - Abusing eBay.

Can anyone please help me on getting around this? What's going on?

I emailed ebay and they said to send in a government issued ID + utility bill etc.

If anyone can help, I would highly appreciate it.

it could be something they are linking you with or something you're doing... with your auctions.. Is there anything you do in your auctions (i.e say you dont accept a payment method or anything like that??)

MC017 can be circumvention of ebay fees. Following those rules is certainly part of the account creation. Was that a brand new CC that you used for paying fees? If it has been used B4 on a suspended account that will be one factor. Do you understand that a new account must be new name, address, bank account & CC, that paypal must match the ebay account?

I basically purchased a new vcc from vccshoppers.com

Could the host of these vcc sellers be the reason?

You may want to keep flash cookies on, you need those.

And use user accounts to make things easy.

I'm not sure where you are located, but I'll assume the US because I'm too lazy to check. But try Simon.com giftaccounts for your VCC. They work.

Don't use vccshoppers. I tried getting a bank account from them and they basically scammed me.

Hey, I'm not in the U.S , so Simons vcc card doesn't work for me.. I guess I'll try setup user accounts.

eBay/Paypal rules vari by country.
Go to your "User CP" and list your location.
This helps since eBay/Paypal Rules are different by country.

happened to me too, i sent the papers and they reinstated the acct. , later they closed it a year later but then it was ma fault :D
