Ok, I finally got a new IP Address, if I create a new account, can I put the same address as my old account, except spelled differently? If no, can I put my new address as a neighbor's address, that already has an unsuspended eBay account on it? Thanx!

It seems you have some reading to do to get the basics down, I highly recommend reading eBay Stealth to get you started.

By the way, you can use an address as long as you have never used it before.

An address a few letters off from your previous address isn't a good idea though.

You need ebay stealth. If you venture down this road without the proper knowledge, suspension is imminent.
