Account Reinstated...Now Holds On Money Again

Have an account that I've been building since August of last year. Quite a bit of sales with no issues whatsoever. Of course after 90 days, funds were available immediately instead of having holds. Just recently, ebay canned my ass for no reason. "Indefinite suspension"...called them one hour later and they reinstated the account. Cool. Got an email stating funds "may" be held for 21 days blah blah....same crap it says when you have a brand new account. Well...yea, funds are held now AGAIN. I will assume for 90 days. Anyone else have this happen? I haven't had it happen on an account before, so I'm wondering if this is some new tactic they implemented or what?

My feedback is still there...all my sales from February are deleted though. Also I believe some from January are deleted as well. However, my dashboard still reflects my sales correctly.

Hmmm, I dont think this is routine. I had my eBay reinstated after two years, and although my feedback scores (but not the overall feedback) all went to zero, Im not getting any holds on payments

Yea but when did they reinstate your account? I have never encountered this before on previous accounts, so I don't know if it's something new they just started or what.

Lol...10 years of trial and error. Oh, not fearing to call ebay and paypal once sh*t hits the fan....yea, that might help a lot

I have to agree with wftebay, having he testicular fortitude to call ebay and paypal make a huge difference

Please read their own terms on that, they are very clear, they can put a hold on your funds again at any point in time, once they feel they have a reason to, which could simply be high value amounts coming into your account or returns, defects, bad feedback, anything negative to PayPal

It didn't take 10 years to figure it out...I've been at various stealth methods for 10+ years and things are constantly changing. So that's why I said 10 years of trial and error. There's something new or a change every few months with ebay and paypal both.
