Default Chargebacking eBay fees?

What would happen?

My ebay is suspended

about 2000$ fees paid to ebay

i think hes asking what would happen if i did a chargeback on his ebay fees with his credit card company. i dont think it would fly

It sounds like you are trying to rip ebay off for the ebay fees. If this is the case, this forum does not promote this stuff. If you sold items, got paid, then you owe ebay for the marketing fees.

Typically, senior members really hate reading this stuff and will be brutal on you.

If this is not your intentions, explain what your question is so we understand better.

For that amount they'll almost certainly come after you - especially if you already paid them then did a chargeback. It is ILLEGAL to do so without cause - which you do NOT seem to have.

You can bet your life ebay will go after you if you do this and you could end up losing a lot more than just $2000

Issues a charge back against eBay when you do in fact owe them money could well be fraud. If you really what to know, talk to a lawyer

It's pretty simple though, you used their services, you pay their fees. Very black and white
