Default Auctiva --tips/ Tricks!!

TIPS// "AUCTIVA":

1.) USE as many of the "AUTOMATED" Services in Auctiva as you can.. i.e. "End of auction invoicing", Set up your Preferences/ PROFILES--

i.e. for shipping/ for checkout/ for payment pref/

2.) **IMPORTANT** MAKE SURE you generate that AUCTIVA /EBAY TOKEN WHEN you set up your Ebay account, and from that same IP Address...

3.) Other "Automatic" Services that Auctiva uses, (So you can AVOID even logging into Ebay)--
a.) Automated Emails, Automated Feedback (like the Selling Manager in Ebay)--, Auto Relists, Auto Scheduled
Listings, Automatic Feedback Reminders, Automated Notices of many, many VALUABLE things to
make runnning your Ebay Business, EASIER + Faster for YOU!!!
***AND THE BEST THING.. all WITHOUT even Logging into Ebay! ****

4.) How to's ???
a.) How do i set up these "Automatic Settings in Auctiva"???
------ Well, look at the TABS at the top of the screen, look under SALES/ CREATE Template/ PROFILE for an
"end of the Auction Email"... all Automated!

b.) You can even set up-- an Automated feedback system, exactly like Selling Manager in Ebay- When your buyer leaves a Positive, within minutes, they get one back!! (You determine what "Remark" you want to leave"..+ SAVE PROFILE..
That's it!

i was using andale for a couple of years only because they had an automated and repeating listing schedule. all of my listings would automatically list on the same day, the same time. does auctiva have this feature, or do i have to maunaull post my listings every week? i have looked for that feature, but i do not see it. thanks again.

HI- YES< get that EBAY token done from whatever IP address you set the acct up on...
(The acct ip address youre gonna use to access ebay from)---because you actually connect to ebay- put in your user/id/password... to get that token.

Auctiva just told me "Rest assured that we are not being bought by eBay or any other company. We have become the largest third party application for eBay and the owner has no plans on selling the company. Thank you for your concerns."

whenever my auctions end, it always takes over an hour for auctiva to list them as closed? Is there some setting I have to do to make it show up right after it ends? Am I doing something wrong?

With Auctiva, when a user purchases it does it automatically take them to an auctiva "cart" to pay? Right now I use cartmanager, but I have to use the "Winning bidder click here" button and tell them to check their email. Does Auctiva make it more foolproof with a completely integrated checkout, as the stealth guide says?
