Auctiva and Buy It Now items and Auto Relist?

Hi have any of u had problems getting it to auto relist when some one buys a item useing BIN from ebay? I had 2 buy it nows sold and it did'nt relist however when it ends with the auction with bids it relists instantly. I noticed this before when i had BIN opition on useing auctiva.
