Will Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines cause eBay account linked?

Hi guys, I've just started using Virtual Machine services from Microsoft Azure, I setup 2 virtual machines on the UK server, I check the ip address, they are different but quite similar, one of them is 51.141.9.69 the second one is 51.141.12.116 , they are similar but different, can anyone tell me will this cause my accounts linked?
