Where can I buy a Dedicated IP for Slovenia?

Katrina, just to be sure you understand how stealth works... it is nor "strictly" necessary to have dedicated slovenian ips to operate one or more stealth accounts.

You just need to get different ips each time you switch from one account to the other.

It is easier than you think... can you change the ip of your connection?

I already tried using VPN from IPVANISH.COM, I changed my IP to another one and checked on ipchicken - the numbers were different ....but I got suspended in an hour.

Yes I tried this also, but it is Static IP and it doesn t change.
I switched off during the night and the next day the numbers were still the same.

You have a few easy options:

Change your Internet service provider and get one that gives you dynamic ip

use your mobile phone to connect via Tethering. Mobile phones get new IPs when restarted or when put in "Flight" mode and back in normal mode again.

Get an internet usb key to use for your stealth connections

You need to avoid cheap or free VPN services - those tend to be used and overabused

I am not very knowledgeable about Slovenia IP but do you have cellphone access? I would look at using phone tethering for IP - or dongle
