Default Cookies question??

I haven't logged into any of my suspended accounts since my last 2 months ago. Since then, I have changed my IP number. Would it be a smart thing to do by NOT logging into those accounts again?
If perhaps I did, would I be correct to say I would have to change my IP all over again?
And lastly, lets say I have both Ebay and Paypal accounts up and going and have been successful for a year or so, would cookies pick me up if I EVER logged back into those old accounts?
Thanks!

Why would you log into suspended accounts from the new IP? It's only asking for trouble... Yes, they would know, and don't ask me how, but they would know and link you.

Don't log into a suspended account, I don't see any reason why you would either. They would link you by cookies, and flash cookies.

If you need to long into a suspend account, do it from a library or use a public proxy. Make sure to use CCleaner and backup the flash cookies to a separate folder

Problems with IP's are solved very easy with a USB Broadband connects and multi user accounts on windows xp or vista - Every time you what to user a diffrent account just un plug and plug back in the USB and make a User ID in windows for each account - quick easy and 100% STEALTH!!!

USB Broadband Sounds like something I should have in reserve in case AOL dial up stopped working with Ebay. Seems like they are closing on us more and more every day, ebay and paypal..

Best way to 'look' at these suspended accounts is that they are the 'old' you. So never touch them with anything associated with the stealth accounts. Use a library,Wifi if you must. Try not to think of them too much as that is how mistakes get made. One word you must always think about is LINK.
