I have o2 Broadband....i can't change my ip..but i did buy the software hide my ip address....can ebay still track you down....any help

Yep, ebay can/will/does track users down with proxies. BUT if you look at this thread which is a sticky in the UK forum with some info. Bit confusing tbh.
