iPhone ebay app...help please

Before being suspended from ebay, I had their iPhone App on my phone. I've since deleted the app, but is it best to completely wipe my phone clear and start over in order to not be tracked by ebay once creating my new stealth account?

Can they link my stealth account through my previous ebay app from my phone?

I think they have some kind of tracking system because your iPhone has unik coding..
