Can ebay (or anyone) see your ip addy when you call them through a VOIP line?

I did the search here, but didn't get a direct result.

So, if I call ebay (any of their #'s) on my VOIP line (I did press *67), can they see my IP addy somehow?

They can't see your ip thru your voip but I don't think you can block any of your numbers while calling 1-800 numbers. Meaning your can dial *67 but they still see your number.

They will not see your IP address.

Thanks as always for the help and I hope my "call" will lead to some relief for the "unjustly" termed ebayers. I am trying something different for reinstatement that hasn't been tried (publicly reported anyway).

I hope to be posting good news, but in this case, no news will mean bad news.

Just curious, but eBay is known to have some of the worst customer service in the history of business. If I were you, I'd stick to chat or email. Also, surely you have a cell phone, or another phone. *67 on that, and they can't see anything.

As far as reinstatement goes, it's usually not worth it. In my opinion anyway.
