Default Flash Cookies

Are we sure flash cookies are not accessible between user accounts? Need a definitive answer if somebody can supply. I don't want to have to delete flash cookies every time I log in because of the nightmare of phone verification. Any advice would be welcome. I am sure flash cookies are shared between browsers. Thanks

oompaloompa I just want to be CLEAR, Are you saying that as long as I setup an Individual User account in Windows (Win 7 & and Win xp in my case on 2 seperate computers) and Tie each Windows User account with 1 Specific Set of Ebay/Paypal accounts, that I do not have to worry about Browser Cookies being shared as I go from 1 Windows User to another on the same computer?

That would certainly be a breach of Microsoft User Account security; but, everyone knows how secure and reliable Microsoft security is.

I am logging off each user account before switching to another user account. And I am going to give my user accounts non administrative privileges.
