Threatening Messages from user

I've been getting threatening messages from a user on eBay who has zero feedback and nothing at all which could identify them. I've tried open source to see where and who they are but it still doesn't give me any information as to who it may be. Anyone know of any way that you can track someone to their location via the message that they sent to you through eBay?

No real way to track them down through Ebay emails but you can go into your preferences and block that user so you will no longer get emails from them
