Similar to what bballaw1 said, You can wirelessly tether your cell phone to your laptop, I use: Download Wireless Tether for Root Users for your Android phone on AppBrain
(Although it does require you to root your phone).
One thing you' may want to know is; Each time your phone is turned off for ~5 seconds, and back on, it will connect with a new IP address, And/or; If you "Enable Airplane mode" / "Disable Airplane mode" - You'll have a new IP address, which is awesome if you have multiply stealth accounts.
Although, IPs rotate, So you'll want to note which IP been used with which account, so each time you get a new IP, cross reference it with your notes to ensure you don't link yourself.
If your laptop/desktop has a RJ45 - You'll want to remove it, Just in-case your phone single drops and you end up logged in, and using an old IP
( - Info based on Android 2.2 running CM on T-Mobile UK )
