Logging in College Schools Pubic ip's

Im currently using a friend identity to use ebay. This is my question i created a ebay account at his house and his laptop useing his ip home address and his information. If i were to log on his laptop at my college and list stuff to sell will it get banned or suspended. Does ebay ban schools ip that have other suspended students?

Using a friends identity to do business online is a very bad idea, because if something goes wrong it will be all on YOUR friend, and not you, especially if you're selling VERO, meaning lawsuits,etc could be headed in your friends direction, not to mention taxes,etc. You'll be better off purchasing the stealth guide, and doing business on your own. Using your schools ip is a bad idea as well, due to the possibility of other students who use the ip there to log in and out of ebay, if some were banned, your accounts will get banned as well, so i wouldn't recommend doing this.

Ninja has hit the nail on the hit. College school's IPs are always problematic because of the mass number of users - buying accounts would prob live well but selling would be under scrutiny.
