There are many alternatives, just search the term VPN in google. VPN's are not recommended for stealth, although I do use a dedicated VPN for all of my stealth accounts. Use at your own risk and look for a dedicated VPN not a free one. You may also want to look into VPS services, I've heard they're safer. There are also many other alternatives for getting an IP, just search the forums for the one that best fits you.
