In theory your IP doesn't have to reside in the same area with a dongle. I have accounts in TN, NV, NY, OK, and a few others and I live in CA. Just make sure to log those IP's.
The thing that matters the most is having that browsing History, for example, my Home Internet IP does not change...but I am running 1 account off it and that account originally resides in TN but because there is enough browsing history there are no problems.
I also operate USA account with other state IPs...no problems e.g. California accounts with NY IP...NJ accounts with MA IP...hasnt had problems - cookies and activity is important
does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a ip within the area of an account? Example i stealth account in CA but live in NV.
If i bought a cricket wireless dongle would that throw a red flag when logging into the account since im in NV?
ebay/paypal accept that the ISP ( internet service provider) may give its customers access from an area not located to the geo-location.
What they look for, and what a user must do is have the cookies, user account & make use of the IP given correctly.
EG , today my IP is coming from a location nearly 90 miles from where I am actually 'sitting'. I have no hassles when this happens because the account is set up correctly.
Good Luck
