Linking through Paypal

My eBay account got indefinitely suspended, however paypal lifted the limitation they placed.

Say i create a new ebay account, and add a new email address on the "profile" in my existing paypal. Then supply this new email address in ebay to get paid etc, will i be linked?

Sorry but its gonna be 1 giant mess in the long run. They will link your new eBay to your old one and your gonna be at square 1.

Start fresh and new.
