Ebay Stealth w Tethering

Okay was wondering how many times to you change the ip address or just keep it the same if you have one account. I reset my samsung just in case. When tethering can ebay know what cell phone your using since this is the same cell I used that I got my ebay suspended months ago. Please advise.

And if you have two stealth accounts is it easier to keep the same ip address for each account for example account 1 98.151.000.00 and account 2 98.151.000.02. Is it better to keep the ip address always the same to have less confusion when changing or changing how often. thanks again you guys are great

All IP changes should have at least 1 digit different when tethering and or using other methods.

So if I'm tethering with my Android through laptop I should always keep the same ip address is that safest. If I get another account is it best to use another device to tether like a tablet and another pc. thanks

IF your only tethering for 1 account then there is no need to change IP's. IF you decide to tether to 2 and more accounts then you should change IP's. Even if your only tethering to 1 account make sure you log that IP for future reference.

I would not run two accounts with such a close variation of numbers for the IP

I use different ISPs for each account.

Nothing is going to link me if I can avoid that happening.
