Default Need some advice on IP/PayPal/eBay with Tethering

Basically I tether always using T Mobile UK on a seperate user account and always disconnect from Sky Broadband well before doing this and logging on my other account.
I noticed that recently my IP is different to my normal log of IPs:
IP:
149.254.186.196
149.254.186.163
178.107.15.130
149.254.186.86
178.104.107.216
178.107.34.249
149.254.234.130
178.106.236.132
178.104.71.93
31.101.14.28
^This is a list of my IP's that Blackberry T Mobile has been getting day to day..I've not been limited yet..but today my IP was 31 which is uniquely different to the others..
If I logged onto paypal with this one am I asking for a limitation?

I don't think the IP alone will cause you problems - use the account with the right cookies for the PP account too.

Ah ok - hmm if that's been working for you, guess go on.

What I do is create a windows user account for each pp separately and keep the cookies per user account. This way I do not worry about ccclean and what not.

I don't use different user accounts and so far so good (knock on wood). I just change IP's, clear cookies, but I do browse Ebay/Paypal for a few minutes before I do any important things.

i wouldnt do this. ebay like those cookies there so they can verify who you are. if the cookies arent there, they have an issue and limit you. different user accounts is the way to go

Don't clear cookies. They will think someone jacked your account and ask you verify your info
