Default New PC without Adobe Flash - Better than turning off?

I am starting a stealth account on a laptop that does not currently have adobe flash installed. Silly question but trying to play it safe.

If the Flash Player is not installed, can there be Local Shared Objects (LSO)? I assume not, but hey, I'm trying to avoid assumptions. Error on screen for the macromedia.com/support/../settings_manager07.html page says "This content requires Flash. Download the free Flash Player now!"

Plan is to simply avoid installing Flash on the laptop.

Thank you! All feedback is appreciated.

I was just about to ask the same question. Did you ever get an answer?

If there is no flash, there is no flash cookies or LSO
