How can I make Entropay fool that I can creating an account from Austria ?
I mean what I can use RDP ,or Socks5 proxy

But I am currently studying in India so just wanted to know how can I fool entropay into thinking I am acessing from Austria

You can create an account with them if you have NON EEA ID (FEW DAYS AGO)
Now you cant create an account even though you have EEA ID .

what you talk about is more of IP issue , ID is not required to create/use account . they don't even send e-mail later to request verification , unless you wish to increase limits .
First of all you cant create an account if you dont belong to EEA .
Secondly even if you create account by just selecting random EEA country in the list you cant topup if you dont have EEA issued credit or debit card .
For existing account holder you will need to have EEA issued ID and to topup EEA issed DC/CC
