I have tested iCard and I can confirm that the cards does NOT have AVS and can be added to EU PayPal stealth account without any issues.

The problem with iCard is that it requires Video Chat in order to get your account verified and you can have max 20 VCCs. Not 20 active at a given time, but max 20 in total, which sux, since you can't easily create new accounts...

Still in a process of searching for a good alternative...

Here is one more alternative, but it is pretty similar to iCard

They give you 2 VCC upfront for free, after 5 every new one costs $10 and the early limit is 20 VCCs... so not really an option for me, but just wanted to list it here as well.

Oh, and they have some sort of video verification as well.

Once you go through the verification for iCard you can then create a virtual VCC 'gift card'

It cost £1 to do so and I believe the minimum load is £1, this would be a gift card with no name attached and non AVS as it is a gift card would it not?

or.......

As it is a gift card would be it just be rejected by PP?

Havent tried it yet and not quite finished the verification proces but will report back when I do.

If it does work then it may be worth using the card to confirm PP then use the £1 loaded on it it buy a sim card for the next stealth account, and then its only £1 per VCC

$20 for a VCC, what a rip off

It's better finding a bank that issues them for free, even if you have to go to another country to open an account.

I had no issues with gift cards yet. If you are verified you can also purchase once in a while a plastic Visa. It will cost you around 7-8 BGN. It's delivered by a courier "In time". I don't want to rise a flag so I order new plastic Visa every 4-5 weeks. Not that I need it. Just for backup as I prefer Visa.
Also www.transcard.bg is good option. Again - only Master cards but there is no limit for VCC. You can create as many as you want but you can have existings only 5. And there is a strong verification as well. You'll have to receive it at the post office with your ID card.

The vcc’s you can create in iCard work well for confirming PP

interesting fact from the 20 you can create once verified, you can chose to create a MasterCard or visa

When you add a created MasterCard vcc it shows as a prepaid card on PP

When you add a created visa vcc it shows as a debit which I feel makes for a stronger card and so stronger pp account

When making a gift card vcc there is no option to pick between MasterCard and visa, it is MasterCard by default

These also work well, but can only be sent to another iCard account which also has to be verified otherwise you can’t see the full card details

I have a friend who also stealth’s so we have just been sending each other gift cards

It costs £1 to create a vcc gift card and the minimum load is £1

That makes sense. Card machines only ask for numbers from the post code and first line of the address to verify a card.

Does you know where i could get free or very cheap VCCs?
They don't have to work with PayPal or anything.
Cheapest I've seen is Ecopayz @£1.50

well i registered for revolut and although it is so easy to get cards, it seems im being banned almost right away on ebay.
im going to use another VCC soon, there is something the automated system clearly doesnt like.

Its always the same..

create the account > restricted.
phone ebay > Reinstated.
never ending loop, now same with all my 7 accounts i created.
Something is there that ebay don't like with this type of card.

Happened with supermarket VCC's for me as well.

3 accounts banned. All three re-instated after chat. Then 2 banned again, 1 still alive.

DID EXACTLY THE SAME THING ON ALL THREE ACCOUNTS. Nothing different !

We can all speculate as to why certain things happen but only they know.

Are they different from revolut, meaning can paypal see the real address? or can it be f@ke when verifying wit ebay?

Mismatch names are okay.
Addresses are not. But you can change the address anytime in your Revolut app.

I am new to this forum. Can anyone please let me know the VCC which works in India for international transactions? VCC without AVS will be more suitable to me but fine with AVS too. I was using entropay earlier but now it's dead.

I bought few vcc's from one guy in diffrent forum and he send me always vcc start of this number 512483 but vcc is only for 2-3months...

I heard simple.com give you free checking bank account in USA but still needs valid SSN .. darkweb is shutdown we cant use SSN docs from there anymore.

Google for "bin checker" and there are few sites that can check the BIN of a card.

Hello! Does anybody know, CryptoPay VCC is still valid to link it to stealth US paypal for withdrawals? I'm going to buy stealth ebay/paypal, but I don't know which bank account or card I can link for it. I'm not US citizen.

Have you guys tried to link an iCard Visa VCC to their PP Stealth under a mismatch name and address?

I have tried to link the card but I keep getting the same error messages.

"This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method."

And sometimes, I also get this:

"Your card has been declined. Please try a different method."

Can someone please help? Are you sure I can link an iCard card under a mismatch name and address?

Not sure but this may work not sure if there is a VAS attached, maybe someone has tried it.

Soldo now works with eBay but not with PayPal.
