As you said the best option is Icard, the problem is that you can create only 20 VCC VISA... So if you need vcc for a lot of people you need to buy a verified Icard account on other people's name and it's not very cheap.
I dont'remember, can you put a different name on each one of the 20 vcc linked to your Icard account?
So that you can deposit/withdraw on betting accounts of 20 different people?
Because if yes then maybe it's worth to buy verified Icard account on other people's name... |

I would prefer one that has a crypto option but none seem to be available.

so icard not working on bet365 anymore I got this from support "From reviewing your account i am able to see taht you have been attempting to use the card ending un 3399. Third card not be used on bet365
how they know that is what is third card? |

it seems that ICARD is really gone.
Yesterday i still used it on Bet365, some accounts worked only with deposits until 30 each time, other with an unlimited amount but today it seems like itīs over.
I canīt deposit a single any more.
We hardly need another option as soon as possible. |

You can surely make a deposit using monese virtual cards, but these are mastercards.
I also used transferwise to make a deposit (actual plastic card) but again, it is a mastercard and it seems that I cannot withdraw funds to it. |

There are some Mastercards that you withdraw to and some Visaīs where itīs not possible. |
