Default does an entropay card have to be loaded to work?
Just opened an entropay vcc. There are no funds on the card but the massage from entropay says ''your new card has been activated and is ready to load''

but when I tried to add it to paypal or ebay, it wont accept it?

Does the vcc have to have funds in it to be accepted?
