How long do stores check in the beginning?

Hello. Who knows how many days, weeks, months you need to wait in order to lay out "a little violating the rights" for which they do not often get banned. If I immediately spread when creating a store, then the ban is fast. I know that new stores are checking everything now. How long? Can anyone share their observations? Thank you very much

There's no such figure. The more aged of a seller you are on the platform, the more they let you off, but again, no specific figure.

Yup, I agree with Play. The reason for it is because, in order to be quite sure you can start doing so, is after you have recieved "human" assistance on your shop. New accounts are under strict bot survailance, and im pretty sure, at one point, a human reviews you're account, and you are removed from the "red list". If you had you're account randomly blocked from etsy bots, contact them (possibly not mail cus they will ignor, try twitter ).
If they reopen your account, most likely you have gone through human review and you can start being sneaky again (but u never truely know 100%).
I suggest the following approach if you have never recieved human assistance:
10+ 5 star feedbacks
1-3 months of selling activity
0 issues with customers or any form of violation.
and also what helps is uploading tracking every time you can

these thing should get you out of the "red list" and you should be more hidden by Saurons Eye :P
