I created EU stealth account. I submitted ID and i think it approved because it ready for selling. Are you guys think it really approved? Or i only know it approves once i got first payment?

Can take 2-4 weeks of active selling to request id resubmittion

The first sale triggers a bot to look at your account and if it sees a flag it will de-index your store, no longer in searches, pending a set of human eyes who will either give it a thumbs up or down - which takes a few days.
