Etsy reactivated my account. and got suspended again

hi, I have opened an Etsy shop using limited company details + VPS

the account got suspended the same day I created the shop after adding 4 products. I have contacted Etsy support via phone, asking for help. they told me they will forward my request to the specialist department.

after 3 days I received an email from Etsy that my shop is activated again. i logged in to my shop again from the VPS. I tried to add a new product and the shop is deactivated again.

do you think the problem is the VPS.
to let you know I used Erank, (a third-party app to manage my listings) and i logged to Erank from my laptop without VPS.

what I'm doing wrong please

3rd party integrations are always triggering suspensions for new accounts. Have burned lots of accounts by adding printful, etc. at the start until I figured it out. I assume it could be on the triggers in your case.

Your main issue is VPS. Datacenter IP's are being flagged by them. Its an update that rolled out in early 2020. The fact that your account is suspended, but not completely deactivated brings you hope in this case, as in 80-90% of the time accounts get reinstated.

I think my record was 3 suspensions in a row on a new account, all 3 times got reinstated.

Don't use datacenter ip's and avoid 3rd party integrations for first 2 weeks.

or I need to change the laptop and the wifi router?

Just a dynamic IP (like phone sim) or a Residential Proxy is needed. No VPN and no need to change any hardware.

I m a seller over 2 years. Do you think to use Erank or Marmelad will suspend my account or its fine ?

I do not see how this would affect things-- never had any issues with external apps being connected to an account
