As you mentioned that you have logged in again after 30 hours, your IP must have changed and how come you managed to have same IP when you logged in again?

I haven't made any new accounts recently but some on this forum were saying they updated the system to now prevent usage of the same SSN twice. Therefore I don't know how you bypass if that is true. Before you could reuse that same SSN, then just add the business EIN when requested and all was good. Sounds like maybe that is not true and you still can reuse the SSN. I will be making a new Etsy account soon.

I think nowadays with how easy it is to flag accounts with copyright strikes, having shops on an Etsy in particular is never a true long term solution. Either have your website as a backup which can be promoted within Etsy with your name, or have other Etsy accounts to spread the risk.

(It is good to have an account on Etsy, but not to build your life around one single account is what I mean.)

So I've had success with the same process but I'm now trying to open a new shop under my LLC. However they are asking for not only EIN but also LLC owner's address and SSN (my info which was previously banned). Any insight?
