Using parents information to create new account

Hi there, I wanted to use my parent's information to create a new etsy account after suspension and had a few questions:

1) We live together, so what should I put for the "Taxpayer Address" section when I sign up for a new account? I already used the home address for my suspended account.

2) Similarily, I will be using their credit cards, so can I put another random address for the billing address?

3) Are there any downsides to using my parent's info? They will never sell on etsy so a permanent ban isn't a problem, but I'm not sure if etsy reports income to the CRA in Canada? I will be reporting and paying all income tax but I don't want them to look sketchy or get audited or anything like that.

4) I will only be using the account at a Mcdonalds/cafe/library. Will this be a red flag to etsy?

6) Can I use my phone (which I used to log into my suspended account) to hotspot a new device? Will this allow my parents' new account to not be connected to the IP address used for my old account?

5) Any other things I should consider?
