Etsy permanently suspended my account, will I be able to get my funds?

I received an email after I appeal my permanent suspension, this is what I received:

"We appreciate you taking the time to file an appeal with Etsy. After careful consideration, we've determined your account does not qualify for reinstatement. We've performed a comprehensive review of your account and the information you provided, and are unable to reconsider this decision.

While we’re unable to disclose our internal review criteria or discuss your account status further, if you have questions related to your Payment Account please review Etsy’s Payments Policy.

We’re unable to reconsider this decision and can no longer respond to further messages about your account status. We appreciate the time you’ve invested on Etsy and wish you success in your future endeavors."

Do I still have a chance to get my funds back after 180 days? Or should I just let my dreams of having my $1700 on my bank account go?

What I'm selling is Monopoly Go stickers, I know that's illegal but I'm asking if there's a chance? I could've bought a motorcycle if I was banned a day later since it was up for release the day I was banned .

How did you get it? Did you email them to retrieve it? I'm permanently suspended and I can't login into my account to check if funds will be available. Are you also suspended because of the same policy that I breached?

Sorry I have so many questions running in my head, thinking about what I could've done with that money. I'm still a college student so that would mean a whole ffin lot

Yeah I've read the Etsy's Payment Policy word per word, I'm still quite unsure if they will send me the money. I read about the 180 days hold, I hope that applies to my account too.

Etsy, like other platforms, has been greatly increasing its reinstallation standards. In many cases here we can speculate with what we say, but going from the experience we have in these situations we can indicate that in theory you should have your money in 180 days, (but in this particular case there may be several people who when the time arrives 180 days request new verification of documents)

you should be ok in 6 months - hopefully no pending reversals or complaints

OP said illegal but in etst's messages it doesn't seem like they make an accusation of illegal or breaking ToA.

Based on the info provided by OP from etsy, chances are good that there won't be an issue with funds.

you shouldn't compare selling coke to selling these go stickers

Will I be safe by:
-Using her ID, bank and TIN.
-Using their network when accessing the shop.

what she sells is not illegal,but not allowed on ETSY,so she could receive her money after 180 days.
